The Property checked all my boxes! Clean, comfortable bed, close to town and beautiful hiking, biking and kayaking access all a very short drive away! I did not notice the fact that it is a duplex in the listing. So be aware you are sharing the home with others next-door and the road is very noisy. Although, if you were as active as we were while we were there, you’ll sleep like a baby!

Clean, comfortable and cozy home away from home. Excellent location - close to retail, restaurants, downtown Akron and easy access to freeway for travel.

A great property for access to Cuyahoga Falls. Easy driving access from route 8, close to groceries, and walking to restaurants and the historic part of town. Ample parking. Well appointed.
