Here’s a polished review you can paste into your booking app:We had a wonderful stay at Coco’s condo! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the entire space felt modern and welcoming. The location was excellent—an easy walk to 5th Avenue, fantastic restaurants, beach clubs, grocery stores, and the beach, while still being quiet enough to relax. Coco was a fantastic host, providing clear communication, helpful recommendations, and making check-in and check-out effortless. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Playa del Carmen!

Very nice condo that is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Just a side note, there is no drinking allowed in the pool. So if you like cooling off in the pool with a beer, you’re out of luck. That normally wouldn’t be an issue, but the beach is currently unsuitable because of sargazo in the water and it’s really hot this time of year. With that said, we did really enjoy our stay and the condo is very nice!

Awesome place to stay! It was immaculate, steps from the beach, and our host was amazing!! There were so many shops right outside our door, and at night, it comes alive with street performers and music. Fresh food on every corner, and convenient to the cenotes. We will definetely stay again!

Coco is the best! She made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with wonderful recommendations on things to do in Playa del Carmen. We loved the location of this property! 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe 3 minutes to Avenida Quinta for tons of shops and great restaurants. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Clean, modern, and very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Coco’s place.
