We were last minute planning our vacation this year and just happened to come across this gem that was available! It has every single amenity we were looking for. When we arrived the house was even more welcoming that we thought it would be.. picturesdon't doitjustice!! The house is open and bright, the view from the dock is breath taking and the pool is the perfect size for a family! We got to see the owls in the morning peeking through the bathroom window and then throughout the day in the front and back yard. We saw a not so little reptile friend midway through our stay! We did also get the joy of hearing dolIt was so relaxing- from going out sigh seeing to coming back and fishing off the dock then swimming it was an amazing stay! Patti was phenomenal! Any questions or anything I needed help with she was so quick to respond and accommodate us! I can't say enough about this vacation home or the hosts! We are already planning to book with them for our next vacation!

We loved staying at this home in Cape Coral. The house was so well stocked with everything you need and very thoughtful things to make your stay more enjoyable. The location was great and not to far from all the different beaches and experiences. The bedrooms were comfortable the pool was wonderful and we appreciated having beach accessories to make beach days more enjoyable. The kitchen had everything you need to enjoy meals at home and the furniture was all very comfortable and beautiful. Thank you for making this place a great vacation home!

The home was beautiful, clean & well equipped for our stay. It is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host are very pleasant & quickly responsive to any concerns. So many things to do in the area & many delicious places to eat. There was a 'family' (as our 7 year old grand daughter referred to them as) of 3 manatees that swam right past the dock one morning. Also have burrowing owls right next door & our 'pet' iguana shows up high in the palm tree by the channel on warm days. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this home on their next trip to Cape Coral.
