The Domaine des Courtils is situated on 53 hectares of wooded land featuring forests, meadows, clearings, and ponds. In a setting of absolute tranquility, free from disturbances and with no neighboring properties in sight, the estate offers the perfect setting for hosting a wide variety of events.
In the heart of the Sologne Forest, surrounded by peaceful, lush nature that respects local flora and fauna. The setting is harmonious, featuring spacious rooms, private bathrooms, and high-quality bedding.
At the heart of the estate stands a traditional Sologne farmhouse covering 400 m², which can comfortably accommodate up to 29 guests and features a charming swimming pool. There are numerous rooms and suites, each with its own bathroom or shower room.
The base rate is for a capacity of 21 people; additional accommodations are available for an extra charge.

We had such a great stay in the property. Everything was perfect.
The location is great, far away from neighbours but yet close enough to shops and markets.
We invited 30 people, had a big BBQ and cocktails outdoor, with music and party in the incredible garden. Everybody enjoyed it very very much.
Almost all rooms come with a bathroom, all fully furnished and super cleaned. There is plenty of rooms, enough to fit easily 28 people.
The dîner area is far enough from the rooms so everybody can enjoy a quiet night while a party is still going on. There is also a big swimming pool.
Of course, the “garden” is amazing with many opportunities to stroll along a path in the Forrest and around the pounds.
The property is cosy, clean and would be suitable for open minded people who like a peaceful, simple and casual weekend surrounded by nature.
