This beautiful vacation home is located in the Talamone vacation village, which is surrounded by many trees. It is situated near Talamone Bay, a small town between the coast and the Argentario promontory. The resort offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family vacation. It features a children’s pool and an adult pool, entertainment/mini-club (during peak season), a playground, beach service (during peak season), and a restaurant serving regional and international cuisine. You’ll also find a barbecue area in the resort. Particularly noteworthy are the many sports opportunities, including water sports such as kitesurfing, sailing, surfing, and diving, as well as horseback riding and hiking.
The two-bedroom Michelangelo cottages (semi-detached) are situated on a gentle slope, surrounded by many pine trees and palm trees. The unit consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (which can also be pushed together), which serve as a sofa during the day; a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, cutlery, and pots); one bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a shower. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Some apartments have a view of the sea! Pillows and blankets are included; barbecuing is permitted in the resort; travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The nearest beach is called “Parco Beach,” just 500 meters away. This beach is ideal for sunbathing as well as for many water sports (surfing, pedal boats, scuba diving, etc.). The private, well-equipped, wide sandy beach (about a 5-minute drive away; a shuttle bus runs once an hour from the resort) also offers pedal boats and canoes during the high season. Parking, a restaurant, and a nice playground are available. The calm, clean waters are ideal for children. During July and August, a shuttle is also available from the resort to take guests to the beautiful cliffs of Talamone (just 1 km away). An ideal spot for anyone who enjoys diving, snorkeling, or cliff diving.
POOL
The panoramic swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A separate children’s pool is available for the little ones.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The amphitheater is where the entertainment staff organizes a variety of activities. The resort offers: a panoramic swimming pool, archery, tennis, volleyball, soccer, table tennis, giant checkers, and a children’s playground. During peak season, the entertainment team organizes daytime aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua aerobics classes. There’s also a kids’ club, tournaments, evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, and cabaret.
