The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of them are accessible via a staircase; one is located on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop. There are two bathrooms: a very spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor, and a smaller bathroom with a shower and sink on the first floor. A washing machine is located in the garage. Laundry can be dried both indoors and outdoors on the drying rack. Children can play air hockey or have fun outside on the seesaw, while adults enjoy a game of darts. The TV in the living area has an HDMI input for connecting a game console (please bring your own). A surround sound system is installed. In the immediate vicinity, there are two public playgrounds with a slide, seesaw, sandbox, soccer field, and more... At the old town hall (with a restaurant nearby), there’s also a nice playground with games for small children and a public trampoline in the garden. They also rent out hotel rooms if the vacation home isn’t big enough.

Coming from England by ferry to Calais or Dunkirk, take the A25 highway toward Lille, take the Steenvoorde exit and follow the N38 via Poperinge and Ypres to Poelkapelle. Coming from Brussels via Ghent, take the E40 highway to Bruges, then the A17 highway to the Ardooie exit, via the R32, the N36, and the N313, you’ll reach Poelkapelle. By plane, the nearest airports are Zaventem/Brussels (5BRU), Charleroi/Brussels South (CRL), Ostend (OST), and Lille/Lesquin (LIL). From Brussels, you can easily take the national rail service to Ypres, Roeselare, Lichtervelde, or Kortemark. You can also take the TGV from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) via Lille and Kortrijk to Ypres. For Kortrijk/Wevelgem (KSK) and Ostend (OST), we recommend traveling by taxi or rental car.
