A newly renovated 3-room apartment on the upper floor, centrally located by the village pond. Approx. 75 sqm of usable space
Upper floor:
Living room with flat-screen TV, phone (including a flat rate for calls to Deutsche Telekom landlines), and Wi-Fi. Flooring features high-quality Project Floor design. Kitchenette with ceramic cooktop, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as one south-facing balcony with patio furniture (approx. April–October). Separate master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 200 cm) and another room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. One additional south-facing balcony with patio furniture (approx. April–October) is another inviting spot to relax.
A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are available. Pets not allowed; non-smoking apartment. 2 parking spaces (No. 14 & No. 15) available
