Villa Parkblick’s location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk away are the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach (approx. 650 m), the “Strandstraße” promenade with shops and restaurants (approx. 150 m), and numerous recreational opportunities. Lindenpark, which borders the villa directly, is perfect for leisurely walks.
