Kapalua Golf Villa 20T5 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring sweeping golf course and outer island views, a spacious private lanai, whisper-quiet air conditioning, and covered reserved parking. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Completely remodeled down to the studs in 2013, this exceptional villa was thoughtfully redesigned with luxury and comfort in mind. High-end upgrades include Thermador appliances, custom granite countertops, handcrafted cabinetry, premium furnishings, reclaimed wood accents, Kohler fixtures, and spa-inspired bathrooms. The primary ensuite features a walk-in waterfall shower, while floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the indoor living spaces to the expansive lanai. The villa is equipped with an energy-efficient SEER 17 split-system air conditioning system with individual room controls for personalized comfort throughout the residence.

The unit and the location was everything we wanted. Next to our favorite beaches. We wanted low key and quiet… it was exactly that! The unit was clean and well stocked. Two pools were steps to the unit and we’re never crowded. The view from the lanai was outstanding, more than what we expected.
We contacted the property manager by email once as I forgot to print my parking pass. It was close to 11 PM and they still responded within 30 minutes. Thank you again!
Unfortunately, we could only have the unit for 4 nights as we booked so late. We had to go to a hotel resort which was nothing like the experience at Kapalua golf Villas and specifically this unit.

Easy access to most of the attractions in Northwest Maui, but feels very private within the Kapalua area. Amazing condo with all the amenities of home and immaculate area sorounding you for walks, visiting the pool and man other activities. Can't recommend enough and couldn't think of staying anywhere else in the island!
