From the living area, you can step out onto your beautiful, furnished south-facing terrace with a view of the idyllic garden. Here, you can enjoy the sun to the fullest well into the evening hours.

In the basement level of the apartment, you’ll find two additional rooms: one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the smaller room with two single beds. On the same level, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a small, separate guest restroom.

The communal facilities (swimming pool and coin-operated sauna) may be used at your own risk; it is recommended that you wear bathing shoes.
