In the mid-1980s, we purchased our property, which is located 300 m above the Gulf of Volos. Due to its unique location, it is affectionately nicknamed "Balkoni" by the locals. From the very first year, we planted fruit trees and deciduous trees, knowing that a property thrives on greenery and shade.
There are two houses on a plot of approximately 4,500 m²: the vacation home and another where we live.
The house measures about 80 m² and has two terraces, one of which is on the edge of the property. There, the terrain drops almost 20 m vertically. The houses stand above the village of Afete, overlooking the olive groves all the way to the Pagasitikos Gulf. Thanks to this location, you’ll be completely secluded, enjoying almost absolute tranquility—no neighboring houses—yet just a few minutes’ walk from the village square, the Platia.
