This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
Very beautiful farmhouse built in 1801 on the heights of Maruejols les Bois, 30 minutes from UZES.
Not overlooked, the farmhouse dominates and offers you an exceptional view of the Cévennes.
Nearby UZES, the CEZE, the PONT DU GARD, ALES, the gorges of the Ardèche, Nîmes

The accommodation
The charm of the old stones, the shade of the vegetation, the light, the silence, make this place a little corner of paradise.
This farmhouse located 40 minutes from the Nîmes Centre train station and 1h05 from the Avignon TGV station, will charm you with its authentic side, its tranquility, its old beams, the very functional distribution of the rooms.
A real maze for children!
The farmhouse is composed as follows:
- on the first floor: a large living room of 100 m2 hosting the living room with its fireplace and the kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet and a shower room.
The kitchen is new and well equipped
A bookcase connects with the sleeping area
We offer many books as well as a French billiards table
The sleeping area on the first floor: with a master suite with integrated bath, a double bedroom, a toilet and a bathroom.
- upstairs: a corridor leading to 3 double bedrooms
A second corridor leads to a double bedroom and the children's area with games room and two cabin bedrooms each accommodating three single beds.
- Upstairs again: a mezzanine above the kitchen hosting an office area and TV area.
In the garden, different atmospheres are available to you: in the shade of the olive trees or in the sun
At the back of the farmhouse, terraces overlook a wood. A relaxation area: MAGILINE swimming pool of 9x3 size with a full width staircase, petanque court, a summer kitchen and a dining area are also available with a dining table.
In front of the farmhouse is a gravelled courtyard with cool cellars and a terrace. One of the cellars has a games room: darts, ping pong table, volleyball etc.
An archway hosts the jacuzzi.
Housekeeping
Cleaning fees are charged in addition: 300€ - end-of-stay cleaning
A little advice
In order to preserve the tranquility of the place, it is strongly recommended to use the outdoor terrace located at the back of the house in the evening
We do not want to bother our neighbours. Vigilance must be taken when using vehicles: park in our yard and not in the village.
We don't want to get together for parties.
Miscellaneous information:
We provide our children's games and books as well as many accessories for the kitchen, 6 sunbeds. We thank you for taking care of them.
The kitchen area is new as well as all the appliances. We provide two fridges and a freezer.
The two shower rooms and the bathroom have not yet been renovated but are functional and clean.
** The rate indicated does not include the rental of bath towels / bed linen and cleaning fees.
It costs €300 for the end-of-stay cleaning - this does not prevent you from taking care of the premises during your stay 😜

A flat rate of 250€ is offered for the supply of bed linen - bed made on arrival and one bath towel per person
Jacuzzi
For the use of the jacuzzi it is requested 200€ per stay**
