This delightful apartment, located in a building opposite the Grand Canal, is a mix of Venetian and modern style. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs or lift. Its location is excellent due to its proximity to the railway station and bus station. Moreover, in just 2 minutes, you can reach the vaporetto stops that can take you around the city.
The apartment consists of two living rooms with sofa beds and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and one double bedroom.
The building has a communal terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with an enchanting view of historic buildings and passing gondolas. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

We were met promptly by the host, we went over all the terms of the rental. The view of the Grand Canal was impeccable, beds comfortable. Ac worked beautifully. Rooms clean. Apartment is in a prime location for dining, close to shopping andGrocery store as well as An abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend
