Nice place in a great location for us. We were wanting to go up the Colorado to the waterfalls and this location was close by. They had a place to put the boat in the water and the lake was high enough to use it. Grounds were very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again as long as the lake stays up.

Even though the weather and water were horrible to be fishing in, the accommodations were just what we needed. The owner was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The interior of the Lake House is very well maintained and just beautiful! We happened to be there during a drought so the water level was low but this property is still conveniently located to other lake-access areas. Jeff was wonderful to work with and still allowed us to borrow their kayaks free if charge! The lack of cable and internet connection may seem daunting at first but it certainly helped my family to connect in person instead of just online. The only other thing to be mindful of is to wear good shoes due to sticker burs. I think Jeff is already in the process of trying to rid the property of those but I would still recommend closed toed shoes or boots when walking outside. Overall a wonderful experience and I personally would love to return!
