The second floor apartment is located in the center of the city of FORMIA behind the central via Vitruvio, 200 m from the railway station, 100 from the bus stop and 200 from the pier for the departure of the ferries to the Pontine islands, Vindicio beach can be reached on foot in 15m. or by car or bus.
It is recommended for families or couples or friends who want to combine a beach holiday with cultural and gastronomic visits and take advantage of the comforts of the city center without a car.
The 140 sqm apartment is well furnished, comfortable with large spaces: it has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and the other with two single beds that can become double, with internet air conditioning.
It has a comfortable and bright living room with sofas, television and a table for dining. The kitchen is large and equipped with a table with chairs and appliances. It has two bathrooms: the main bathroom with tub - shower, toilet, bidet and a service bathroom with laundry and washing machine, toilet.

Great to get back to Formia and the apartment after covid stopped travel plans.
Everything you need and more is in this apartment. Susi is a great host. Of course we will be back!

We had a fantastic family holiday- 3 couples and one baby(16months) great facilities for everyone, comfortable bedrooms and very spacious apartment. Great amenities for cooking and enjoying meals at home. Location was super, well connected to go to other locations for example Gaeta and easily get the train to Naples or Rome and onwards to places like Pompeii. Beach within walking distance and the flat has an umbrella and some kids beach toys for use as well. Lovely hosts, Francesca was so friendly and welcoming - can’t wait to go back.

The Conte family and the city of Formia were warm and welcoming and absolutely wonderful. The apartment is perfect for larger groups and families. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we didn’t want for anything. A dental emergency was easily solved with the utmost care and concern by the dental offices downstairs . Truly, we were very sad to leave our Formia family and friends and will most definitely return. Thank you to all ❤️

What can I say, this was my third stay at the apartment and I will be booking again definitely.
Hosts are fantastic and are there if you need them but leave you to get on with it.
The apartment has everything you would need for a short break or indeed for a far longer stay.
It is near 2 major supermarkets. There is a bakery and fresh fruit and vegetable shop on the same street. Also the best geletaria in Formia is on the same street so be prepared for serious temptation!
If you want an experience of living like a local in the best apartment I’ve personally stayed in then I recommend you stay here 😊
