The large plot features a spacious terrace with a private pool, which can be covered and heated in the colder months. Outside there is also a seating area and a stone barbecue, but the special feature of this villa is a large garden where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the fairytale-like nature.
The interior of the villa exudes the Istrian atmosphere of a traditional stone house. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a beautifully furnished dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. But that's not all - on the same floor you will find a games room with billiards and darts! On the second floor you will find two more comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two gallery rooms with two sofa beds.
