À propos de cette location de vacances
2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage on Wood Creek Lake. There are two other cottages nearby which may be used by small groups if there is availability. There is a walking trail down to the lake. The cottage sits on 10 acres of land which you can explore and there are trails nearby. Enjoy cooking in the complete kitchen or you are close enough to town or the country store to go pick up some food. There is trailer parking but it is not right next to the cottage, it is about 200 feet away. Winter guests should be aware that we are unable to remove snow from the walks and driveway so you stay at your own risk. Kentucky often has very mild winters so feel free to book your winter getaway with knowledge that if a snow storm is predicted for the area that you may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel before your check-in date. If you must leave during your stay because of winter weather we will refund the daily rate for any days left in your stay but know that VRBO does not refund their fees when there is a partial refund. The property is also secured by motion activated camaras, one is located across the driveway attached to a tree capturing the front of the cottage and parking area. Another is located next to our third cottage attached to a tree and captures the rear of the cottage and driveway.

Stayed for the weekend to go to the Wildcat Riding Park. Cute little place for a weekend getaway. Host was good with communication and always had answers to any questions we had. The location feels very private and quiet. Check in was super easy. The location isn’t the easiest to find but the host gives you instructions of how to find the property that make it really easy.

This is a pretty decent place, you do need to be watching for it or you will miss it. It was clean. Could use some updating. the sofa it’s pretty broke down and not comfortable to even sit on. Bed/pillows were fair but we always agree the investment in memory foam would improve ratings. Loved that the fridge had ice and water super convenient. Not sure why the tub makes so much noise either. Possibly needs support beams under. More toilet paper could also be left for a 4 day stay. We did leave a day early but we still bought some and left some. Over all it worked out well for what we needed and was peaceful. Just could use some maintenance/mowing. Husband fixed the porch light. Thank you :)
