The high-quality "Rosita" villa is centrally located in a Baltic Sea resort. The distance to the beach is approximately 200 meters
The comfortable three-bedroom, four-room non-smoking apartment at Villa Rosita measures 54 m² and features two separate bedrooms that can be completely darkened. One has a double bed at a comfortable height for easy access, and the other has two single beds, also at a comfortable height. In the bedroom with the double bed, you’ll find a large, spacious closet and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a large dresser. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened. The bright living room with an open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, stovetop burners, toaster, blender, etc. It also comes fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and mugs. If needed, an iron and ironing board are also available.
The comfortable leather sofa with a spring core provides an extra bed for 2 people.
Ideal for families with or without children—a total of up to Four people can spend their vacation here together. The apartment has two lovely balconies—each with seating for four people. One balcony faces southeast, the other faces southwest. So you can enjoy your first morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening outdoors! You can sunbathe and relax on the lounge chairs.

Villa Rosita is located in a central and quiet spot in Old Kuru, in the villa district of the old fishing village. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Shops, fashion boutiques, supermarkets, seafood restaurants, post offices, doctors’ offices, the pharmacy, and more are all within walking distance. Take a stroll through the picturesque town at the lagoon harbor, past the fisherman selling fresh Baltic fish. At the harbor, you can book boat tours across the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea!
Bicycles can be stored in the locked bike shed. Parking is included.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement!
