Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time.
*Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. * Absolutely no trailer, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is allowed. Golf carts are also not allowed per the HOA.

601C offers a boat slip for an additional daily fee. Holds up to a 34 foot boat. Slip has power and water, no lift. Boat slip fee can be removed if you are not bringing a boat.
The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space to cook a full meal with the provided cook and bakeware. Stainless steel full sized appliances allow for you to eat in every night if you’re looking to stay in after a spending time at the pool or beach. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax on and enjoy the large flat screen TV.
The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and Twin extra-long murphy bed bunks. The guest bathroom is close by an has a combination tub/shower.
The spacious Master bedroom has a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk in shower.
The condo has a large balcony and offers multiple views of the beautiful Destin Harbor. Condo has a washer and dryer. Dolphin Point has a strict occupancy and 2 car parking limit. No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed. The complex is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

First some positives. Property was very clean and spacious. The location and the boat dock were perfect for us. -The check in process was not the smoothest. Check in was 5pm and the instructions were for us to check in at the office which was located about .5 miles away. Not a huge issue but we traveled by boat and the office closed at 5pm (check in time). The dock has a gate code so we could not use it until we checked in, so we had to temporarily dock at a neighboring resort closer to the office and walk. I did not really understand the need for check in at the office since all doors and gates were digital code, but when the office closes at the same time you are supposed to check in, that created a little bit of a hassle. - There was a good bit of construction ongoing at the building we were not told about. It was disappointing we could not use the beautiful balcony that is the listing photo because it was blocked off for the construction.The staff was super friendly and helped us overcome an issue with the pedestrian entrance gate code the first night. I would definitely recommend the place but those issues keep it from being 5 stars for me.

Great location, perfect place to stay. Close to the beach your in the bay so it’s quite. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would for sure stay again. The place was clean and the pictures didn’t do much justice, it was very attractive walking in. The location was perfect for us stores and eatery were all close by as well as our crab island adventure. The outside doors makes it suspect lol but what’s on the other side was gorgeous and made us at ease. Thank you and I look forward to staying here again.
