Second timed renting this unit. All good as I think we are low maintenance renters. Thank you.

Eric was a great host. Communication was excellent. Checking in throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend his place to anyone looking to stay.

Nice location not on the water but only a short walk to it. House was fine and work out well for two couples staying in it.

We are from West Michigan and wanted to fish for the famous Lake Erie Walleyes. The cottage was perfect for us with our own boat dock just a very short walk down path and easy access to the lake. The cottage had plenty of room for 3 guys for the week (10 beds to choose from). Even with some poor weather we still had a great time. We enjoyed the overall beauty of the Marblehead area with a couple road trips. The owner was very helpful with our questions. We really enjoyed our fishing trip vacation...and yes, we caught lots of walleye. Thanks again to Eric!
