Welcome to our cozy apartment for up to 4 people at Haus Frauenpreis, right next to the beautiful Wernerwald!
The living room features a dining area with a serving hatch to the kitchen and a sofa that can be converted into a 140-cm-wide sleeper sofa. The bedroom, featuring a 160-cm-wide bed, can be separated from the living room by a sliding door and ensures restful nights.
The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals.
The house offers numerous shared amenities, including an indoor pool, a relaxing sauna, a steam room, and a large rooftop terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, the mudflats, and the forest. In addition, washing machines and dryers are available in the house to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The location near the beach allows you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and reach the beach in no time. You’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area. Experience unforgettable days in this charming apartment.

Haus Frauenpreiss is situated in an idyllic location, right next to the Wernerwald, the forest outdoor pool, the adventure playground, and the climbing park. Just about 400 meters away, you’ll find the sandy beach, the promenade, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and the bakery. The dog beach is also easily accessible from here.
An exclusive wellness area awaits you, which you can easily reach by elevator. Spanning a generous 344 m², you can relax and unwind to your heart’s content from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The swimming pool, with a pleasant water temperature of approximately 28 °C, offers plenty of space for a refreshing swim at approximately 12 x 6 meters. A staircase with a handrail provides safe access to the water, and you can activate the counter-current system with the push of a button.
