The villa is very clean and comfortable and the hosts keep in touch so that you feel very secure throughout the booking process. It's situated off the main road amongst a beautiful backdrop of mountains and sea. It's airy and cool even in high temperatures.
In terms of the local area - there are some wonderful beaches all around but you will need a car as it is off a main road and the local eateries are a short car drive away.

The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Good selection of cookware for those who want to try their hand at local cuisine.
The mosquito screens on the windows and doors are fantastic allowing you to have the breeze blow through without worrying about insects.
The bed is large and comfortable if you like your mattress on the hard side, we found it fine.
The road into San Vito Lo Capo that runs just below the property is busy most of the day and evening, so although the villa is wonderfully secluded there is road noise but it is not overbearing, just not quiet if that is what you are looking for. The traffic cannot be heard from the bedrooms, which are very quiet.
The vrbo facilities list mentions a hot-tub, this doesnt currently exist although there may have been one in the past.
We had a wonderful holiday here, Antonio was always available to answer any questions and I would highly recommend a stay at his holiday villa.
