MAIN LIVING SPACE: Located on the second floor, the open-concept living space features the beautiful colors of sea glass, blue, green and white with gray accents. Below the bunk area are built in drawers for storage.The bathroom on this floor is shared with the main living area. This bathroom has a huge oversized shower with dual shower heads. Lastly there is a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

GREAT FEATURES: This cottage is conveniently located a few steps away from the Town Center, dining and shops (two restaurants, a coffee shop, liquor store and market). You can walk to the dune crossover or rent a golf cart to drive over the crossover to the beautiful beach. A covered carport offers parking for one vehicle with plenty of additional parking on the side of the cottage. The carport also offers a row of hooks for hanging towels and beach gear.
