Spanning 1,800 square feet, this spacious chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with its three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master king bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds. Each room is designed for relaxation and comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
The property boasts a private hot tub, where you can unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas. Enjoy outdoor living on the balcony or deck, complete with a gas grill for delightful barbecues under the stars. Inside, the chalet is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze.

The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. This property is fantastic. It is in a quiet neighborhood, has views of the surrounding mountains and is close to all the things we love about Winter Park (the Fraser River, the walking/biking trail, the Rec Center, etc). The home itself is beautiful and set up so nicely for a family of five; we could sleep upstairs while our kids were downstairs. The home is also very well appointed; the owner has an eye for detail. We were so happy there and would love to go back!

getting to stay at this place was such a treat and a pleasure! The house itself is decorated so well, making it cozy inviting and beautiful. It's so easy to get to enjoy the Colorado sun with the hot tub and fire pit outside. The location is also great being both close to the town of Winter Park, and Fraser, offering both access to fun restaurants and bars and outdoor excursions like Winter Park or the ice rink. Will definitely be staying here again between the coziness and cleanliness of the house itself, and the responsiveness/reliability of the service team!

This is our third year coming up to winter park and we have used winter park stays every year and we are always so impressed. The views are amazing and the location is great.
