The vacation rental home has 1,200 feet of space — including 2 bedrooms, a poolside sleep shed, and 2 bathrooms — plus plenty of room for outdoor living. Relax by the pool, lounge on the outdoor sectional, and BBQ on the gas grill! Spend your day at Sunnyside Beach, then rinse off in the outdoor shower before unwinding with a movie on one of the Smart TVs.

This property was literally everything we wanted and needed! It was not only clean, but it also smelled cleaned when we checked in! The decor is absolutely adorable. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had no problems sleeping at night! Lol It had every amenity we could think of in the kitchen. It was very well stocked for our stay. We took some supplies with us (knowing most rental properties only have enough to get you started) and never used them. We left them for the next renters to assure that we replaced what we used. The property owner went above and beyond for us and got me in touch with a VERY sweet dog sitter for our fur baby. We literally had no worries while we were there. We would 100% rent this property again and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking at it. Linda, thanks again for everything we appreciate you and thoroughly enjoyed your property! 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! It was very clean and had all the amenities you would ever need ! The pool and back yard was a favorite ! It looked like a tropical garden at night and we enjoyed it very much . Thank you to our hostess, Karen for her kindness and help.

We spent 9 amazing days in this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped house, just steps from the beach, with a fantastic pool for relaxing. I definitely recommend this house for a vacation.

This house actually looks better in person than on the listing! My husband and I travelled from MI with our two dogs and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, close walk to the beach, and well equipped with everything that felt like home. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beds were large and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked and so was the linen closet with plenty of towels and sheets. We have already looked into booking this house later in the year because we loved it so much. Thank you for the wonderful home and hope to visit soon!
