Great apartment in a nice and well located area, 4th floor with elevator. 10 minutes from the city center of Paris Chatelet Halls by Subway (RER D).
The flat has all the necessary equipment and facilities to accomodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with 4 single beds.
According to your request a cot and children's bed can be added.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four-piece cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine). 2 Spacious bathroom with shower and heater.
Free wireless internet is included.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Parking is available, in front of the building (11 €) per day, Weekend free.
RER station D (Stade de France) is nearby, 2 minutes walk, it gets you to the city center of châtelet the halls in 10 minutes, Paris Gare du Nord (5 minutes) and Gare de Lyon (15 minutes).
Also RER B line is nearby, 07 minutes walk away, it leads directly to the center of Paris in 10 minutes, to Charles-de-Gaulle airport 20 minutes, and to Orly airport 35 minutes.
The apartment is located in a very nice area and quiet neighborhood, with everything you need within walking distance to a small supermarket that's open from 7 am to 10pm.

Overall the place was great and very convenient to the train station and grocery store. A few downsides was the freezer wasn't working(he told us this but as Americans we like ice and this was a let down) and for the one toilet, you had to turn the water on when you wanted to use it. It would have been nice to have those things taken care of.As mentioned in another comment, the living room furniture is very low to the ground and was not very comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but after long days it would have been nice to relax on something comfortable.

The apartment was large enough for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable.Supermarket, bakery, public transportation just around the corner. Very convenient. From the balcony you can see the Eiffel Tower ( far away) and Sacre Coeur.For handicapped people ( wheelchair) it is difficult to use the metro. Lots of stairs without elevator.The apartment wasn’t very clean.Seating in the living room is not comfortable at all. The apartment needs some maintenance.Overall the apartment was ok for the price we paid.
