Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are not allowed. In the case loud noise and parties are reported, you will be immediately removed from the home with no refund. No exceptions allowed.
Pool: Pool is not heated at this property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.
Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and removing all trash to the designated area.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the reservation. No additional guests are allowed.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. A charge of the cost to replace the item plus 10% will be charged back to the guest.
Pool: The pool is for the use of registered guests only. Children must be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
Parking: Parking is limited to designated areas only in the driveway of the property.

Things were great! thank you for allowing me to use your home for my Birthday weekend. That Ice machine was amazing I have the same one at home & I use it all day everyday so that was a Great Surprise! My only complaint was that the shower floors were a little dirty & there was no hair dryer. Other than that everything was great! Thank you again

We enjoyed our stay here while in Phoenix. Plenty of space, clean and tidy, spacious pool and a/c was great in the high temps.

The pool filter never turned on there is algae around the pool water line and clumps of algae on the pool floor. The edge of the pool had some crumbling. When host was sent pictures he never responded. There is trash debris on the sides of the house a downed gutter and yard waist. The inside was pretty clean with the bathrooms being excellent with excellent showers. Window dressings were broken and did not work properly. The laundry room was also used as a store room for pool toys and general junk and was in a cluttered condition unsafe to move in to get to the pool toys. Worst part was host failed to respond to my concerns about the condition of the pool. I did take photos.
