As soon as you enter, natural light floods all the rooms thanks to its magnificent orientation. The home combines spaciousness, warmth and a unique decorative style designed by interior designer Natalia Parladé, which mixes renewed classicism, urban touches and a very chic rustic point.

Through a wide opening, one accesses the independent dining room, elegant and perfect for long group meals.
The kitchen, modern and equipped, combines furniture in white with vintage details and a cosy breakfast area.
In this area, there is also a courtesy toilet.
The rest area offers four exterior bedrooms, all with abundant natural light:
• 2 double bedrooms with a double bed and large wardrobes.
• 2 bedrooms with single beds, ideal for children or friends.
• 2 full bathrooms with double washbasin, rain effect shower and bathtub.
The Building
Located on one of the most prestigious streets in the centre, the building is quiet, secure and perfect for those who desire a comfortable stay without the need for a car.

The apartment was wonderful. Great layout for our family of eight. The common area was large and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. It is in a great location, a short walk to the Sevilla cathedral and plaza de España. Many great restaurants nearby.
