The property has excellent views over the lake and mountains. It is comfortable and well equipped. Zell am See is a good centre for exploring the area (we did not have a car ) and the free local transport was a bonus. There is a good range of shops and some excellent restaurants. All in one were very helpful.

This is a spacious apartment with an amazing view over the town to the lake. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day.We enjoyed our stay in Zel Am See. Nicoletta (at All in One Apartments who manage the apartment) was very helpful. We were unable to get to the parking up the very steep driveway due to snow and Nicolletta arranged an alternative location to park which was very much appreciated. We felt that the apartment was good value for what we paid.Keep a little energy in the legs for the walk up the hill at the end of the day. Finally, Zel am See / Kaprum / Saalbach was a great ski resort that we will return to if we return to Austria (from Australia).
