House was clean and well stocked. It was nice having shampoo/body wash, laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, coffee, etc. the beds were very comfortable! Lots of stairs! And a warning, the stairs do not go all the way to the water. It’s a pretty steep climb on tree roots, but once down it’s very nice on the rocks. We definitely got our workout in. Short drive to Cleveland or Helen. Host is very accommodating and has good communication. We have a great time and enjoyed the river, fire pit and wildlife out the front door!

Disappointed. This is not a superhost. It could be with some TLC. I’m sure this house was once loved but has been neglected. Old broken hot tub on the porch that has not been removed. Stairs to access the river are broken off and not repaired (this was the most disappointing part because I specifically asked before going if there was any damage to the house following the hurricane… we planned to take our 2 little boys fishing) Towels musty. Grill was gross. We chose to save our steaks for home. Drive to Helen is about 35 minutes
