This was a great house with plenty of room for our family. The neighborhood was nice and has a small playground within walking distance. It’s not too far from the parks - great location!

The home was in very good condition. Lisa was very helpful in giving us a tour of the home before rental so we could see its suitability. She helped in numerous other ways. She made the pool/spa warm enough for grandkids to enjoy.

We were in town for a wedding near Lake Nona and this was a very convenient location. The house & decor were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great entertainment for the kids/teens. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was perfect—very close to the USTA campus. However, there were several issues:•The TV only had Roku; cable should be available.•The kitchen table had stains from previous guests, and we had to clean it ourselves.•There were leftover foods in the fridge.•The jets in the tub didn’t work, and the swimming pool was dirty.•The bunk beds were extremely unstable, and the mattresses were very hard.
