A beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed beach home where families and groups can relax, reconnect, and enjoy Hilton Head in comfort and style. This is a spacious beach home with 5 bedrooms each with attached ensuites. Located 3rd row from the Atlantic Ocean just a minute walk to the beach. The Private swimming pool is right off the deck for relaxing in the sun and swimming. The traditional Southern Porch is ideal for mingling, grilling and dining. Enjoy the covered porch with garden views in the morning with a cup of coffee, or at cocktail hour by evening. Enjoy morning strolls on the nearby sandy beach. Cool off in the private pool after a long day at the beach. Cook out on the traditional Southern Porch with the BULL BBQ and 2 beverage refrigerators. Walk or bike to downtown Coligny Plaza within a few minutes to enjoy shopping, a variety of restaurants and perhaps partake in happy hour. Bike and explore the beauty of Hilton Head Island and observe the unique landscape, nature and wildlife. Convenient bike and walking paths directly across from the home. All 5 bedrooms have attached ensuites providing convenience and privacy. Most bedrooms also have their own workspace and Roku TVs. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, glass wares, spices and more. There are 1 refrigerator in the kitchen and another refrigerator off the kitchen in the laundry space. The outdoor porch has lots of seating with tables and chairs a BULL BBQ for outdoor grilling along with two outdoor beverage refrigerators and a Roku TV. Access the private swimming pool off of the Carolina porch. There are multiple seating areas on the Carolina porch for dining, sunning and socializing.
Seaside 48 is a beach house built on stilts. A staircase invites your entrance into this seaside coastal home. There are additional staircases inside of the home leading to 3 of the bedrooms. Parking is free on the property and can hold up to 5 cars. Parking on the street or grassy areas is not permitted by city ordinance and cars can be towed.

North Forest Beach is a forest within the beach. It is not uncommon to see a variety of wildlife on your visit. Please be mindful of this environment. Dispose of all trash & garbage in rubbish containers and keep trash lids closed to avoid attracting bugs, pests and wildlife. Trash pick-up is at the end of the driveway. Trash and recycle cans are stored under the staircase front door entrance. Trash is picked up and serviced curbside. Thank you!

Family get together with three adult children, their spouses and 6 grandchildren ages 1-5. I would say the property was better than the pictures indicated. All bedrooms were good size and well maintained. The basement bunkbeds were a big hit for the kids. Kitchen was very well appointed with tons of glassware, dishes, pot, pans, etc... Also, an overabundance of beach chairs, beach toys, ping pong table, corn-hole, etc... in the large garage. Proximity to the beach was just a short block away. Busy season but the private beach seemed vacant v the public beach down the street. The adult children appreciated that as well as the proximity to Coligny Plaza for the grandchildren. All agreed it was a great location for a family of several generations. Perhaps best of all was the over-sized outdoor covered porch. easy to let the children play on the rainy days. Overall, a great property and great experience. Thank you to the host for a job well done.

This was a great property. We have been coming to HHI for 20 years and we always stay somewhere off of N Forest Beach. This was great location away from the public access to the beach to be able to pick any spot we wanted. You are also super close to Coligny Plaza for restaurants and shops. The only negative thing I could say is that the upstairs room to the left got a little warm. Once we got the box fans and everything angled in the right direction it was fine.

Great vacation home for our multi-generational family. The location can’t be beat, as it’s just a short distance from Coligny, but away from the crowds, and just a 2-3 minute walk from the beach! 4 separate sleeping areas allowed for some separation and toddler nap-times. The nice sized great-room has plenty of seating plus we enjoyed the separate den for game times. Ample beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards for beach time. The one-site pool is a real bonus.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The b room layout is well designed. The location to the beach was great, 250 steps. Short walk to the plaza. Would definitely recommend this property
