The house is in need of some TLC. Some items in the listing are not accurate (water view and oven are notable ones. The only water niew is the pool and the oven is a toaster oven). We were 5 adults here for a week and felt the property is better suited for younger groups or families with kids. The neighborhood did not feel especially safe so we stayed inside at night. On a positive note the owner was very quick to respond when one of the toilets broke and the generator kicked in when the power in the area went out one evening.

We were sad to leave. Everything is as listed. Beautiful well maintained property, space for everyone, quiet neighborhood. We were about or under 20 min from lots of beaches, Old San Juan, everything to see or do in the area. The owner was easy to get a hold of and would respond immediately. We got detailed instructions on entering the property and parking was easy street parking was available if you have more than one car. Having the washer/dryer and lots of extra towels was great. We will definitely be booking again.

Pros:-Host is very responsive and hospitable-Location is about 10-15 minutes from old San Juan -Spacious houseCons:-Needs a thorough deep clean of everything. Even our bedsheets and pillows had stains. We just avoided these sheets/pillows and just didn't use them.-A lot of things like the light switches and washer/dryer are falling apart and needs to be updated/maintained-Overall I think this place would be better suited for college students partying and less for a family.
