Beautiful house 5 minutes from Fleming Island. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Fully remodeled with new flooring, modern kitchen, fresh paint and fast wifi. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room. Fully fenced backyard. Dog friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Ring camera at the front door entrance on the exterior of the house for guest safety.

I would definitely recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting family in the area after being unable to find hotel accommodations, and it worked out perfectly. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house is conveniently located with 2 beds per room which was nice for those who have extras staying with them. TV's in all the bedrooms which for my family is a must! BIG fenced in backyard for the dogs which was awesome and the place is pet-friendly. There are lots of restaurants/shops nearby and plenty of parking. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. While we didn't intend to cook meals at the house, the kitchen had the basics so if you plan to cook meals check with the host to ensure it has what you need. They're very responsive and accommodating.
