This family friendly home is conveniently located just 7 minutes from the shopping & dining in popular downtown Travelers Rest & conveniently less than 15 minutes to downtown Greenville. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & a fenced in yard, this house is perfect for families, groups of friends, and workers on assignment in the area! Located right off State Park Rd, 1 mile from Northside Park/Otter Creek Water Park. This house can meet all of your needs!

►Kitchen and Dining Room: A dining room table that seats 4, refrigerator, oven, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and dish-ware you will need for your stay.

Perfect backyard for our two Aussies to run around. The house was a good size for our family of four with ample room for more. The only thing I would have improved is minor— the frying pans for making eggs were very well-used and no longer nonstick so we eventually ran out to the nearby Walmart to buy our own. We appreciated the central location of the house with easy access to Travelers Rest, Greer/ Taylors, and the outskirts of Greenville only 15-20 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet aside from some normal road noise. Beds and couch were comfortable and all windows had light-blocking curtains which is a huge plus for me! Loved that there was a carport to park under next to the entrance. Host was considerate, helpful, and responsive. I would happily return if we are in the area again!

The house was excellent for our family. It was especially nice for my two year old grandson to find tots in the closet and the fenced in back yard and play set gave him plenty of safe space to run. Very affordable and communication was excellent with the host.

Stayed with my 4 children - including two severely autistic 4-year olds: The fenced yard was my favorite part. Also, the in-house washer & dryer. The kids loved the toys and also the slides in the yard.
My kids & I spent such a peaceful time here. We drove from SoFLo to decompress and it was exactly what we needed. It just felt very much like "home."
Loved the property, host was very kind and reachable!
