The home is located on the beautiful Lake Martin. Situated across from (walking distance) Chuck’s Marina allows for convenient boat access along with seasonal food and entertainment. Also, the home is located only 30 miles from the heart of Auburn and 14 miles from downtown Dadeville. Nearby restaurants include Chuck's, Niffer’s Place, Oscar’s Cafe and Copper’s Grill at Stillwaters.

The house is fully furnished including washer, dryer and two Roku TVs. Wi-Fi is also available. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all essential appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The screened in porch is perfect for entertaining and includes a gas grill, dining table and fans. There is a boardwalk running the length of the slough that is perfect for fishing and swimming. A boat slip is included.

Host was very communicative. Needed some maintenance/cleaning outside on porches. Was great house for small family. Driveway is a bit challenging with a boat trailer or more than 1 car. Would use agai. For future stay.
