Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good location to downtown and nearby amenities. Host was very responsive and friendly.

We very much enjoyed our stay here!! The location was superb -- just 10-15 minutes to downtown or to get up to the Edmonds ferry. Plenty of parking around. A very walkable neighborhood with parks and coffee shops. The house was clean and communication excellent. It is located on a very busy street and the traffic noise was loud. Didn't bother us, but might bother some. Would definitely stay here again!!
