Located on S Ocean Blvd within steps of ocean front it is just two blocks from Family Kingdom Amusement and Water Park and a short walk to many fine restaurants, miniature golf, shopping and other enjoyable activities. Centrally located, this beautiful 3,100 sf condo is fully equipped for your enjoyment including:

The Myrtle Beach Villas II complex has a lazy river/pool* where you can effortlessly float for hours, unwind in one of two hot tubs, or watch your children plan in the nearby kiddie water playground while lounging poolside and soaking in the sun. Pool area is also fully visible from both of the condominium balconies.
The interior parking area has easy access to steps and elevator. June 1 to Sept 1 are weekly rentals only and require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. No daily housekeeping. Ask about terms for under 25.

This condo was perfect for our family reunion 16 people. The size was perfect 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we were all able to return from the beach and shower in a reasonable amount of time to go for dinner and breakfast…..we were able to prepare meals when we wanted pots pans fishes coffee makers etc.Only issue was floors trap dirt, we found stiffer mops in the closet and went and bought the swiffer wet pads and did the floors ourselves. Nothing major just our choice.The 2 refrigerstors were ideal for our crowd. We ended our trip with a half case of water and 24 cans of assorted sodas we would have like to offer to the cleaners but rules stated we had to empty everything so we tossed them, Communication with owners was easy and questions answered quickly, they even alerted us to a cable outage that we were not even aware of due dinner plans, when we returned to unit cable was back…..The game room upstairs was utilized by all of us as oacman was a video game all grew up with so we had daily tournaments. My 9 year old niece was obsessed with fig dug. Daily foiseball games were enjoyed by all.We look forward to returning in the next year or so.

Condo was clean. Its family friendly, reached out to host and she responded quickly. We were given 4 parking passes which covered all vehicles.

The condo needed a deep cleaning. The floors were really dirty; walking barefoot, your feet were black. The condo needed a refresh. Walls are chipped and spotted, and furniture is worn and old.
