Our stay was amazing. The facility was very clean. The condo was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. I would gladly stay here again! The only downside was that the pool closed 30 minutes before dark, we understood that this was not anything that the condominium could control it is a protection of the turtle thing. Michael R.

The location is perfect. First time to this area of Florida and I was amazed at the clean wide beach. The condo itself was also awesome. Homey and clean with so many personal touches that I loved. From the Villeroy and Boch dishes, to the Dale Tiffany lamp, and the kitchen lighting plus and all the quality beach chairs/towels, we truly felt like this was a home away from home. 10 out of 10 in every category. Would love to return next year :)Also, can’t stress enough on how clean the pool is. Management on entire property cleanliness is way above average. And the best view from the balcony! Perfect for morning coffee. Great stay. Thank you!

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at Cocoa Beach Club and everything was fantastic. From booking the condo, receiving regular communication emails from VRBO and the owner through to the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment, nothing could have been any better. We have stayed at Cocoa Beach Club a few times in the past but we haven't been out to Florida for about 10 year. The whole complex seems far cleaner and better managed now than it was before so we rate it 10/10!It has a lovely pool, great access to the beach & ample parking. It is quiet complex with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are already looking to book again for next year!
