This beautifully laid-out 1,014-square-foot vacation condo perfectly blends coastal comfort with a prime location, situated just a short two-block stroll from the beach, local restaurants, and vibrant shops. The clever floor plan offers excellent privacy, featuring two cozy bedrooms on the lower level connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The master bedroom features a California King bed, while the guest bedroom is flexibly arranged with one Queen bed and a trundle with a Twin to comfortably accommodate family or friends.
Stepping upstairs reveals a bright and sunny open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flooded with natural light. I loved that this property was centrally located to the Casio where the Jazz Festival was held and near all the main restaurants. No golf cart provided but not really needed. The property was clean but no air conditioning and the upstairs was pretty warm.

Very nice place to stay in Avalon. Enough room so that we had space to be together for games and meals. The balcony with a view was wonderful. The rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Location was great.

The heater doesn't work, so we were a bit cold. The toilets were loose and rocked when you sat on them. Neighbors were a bit noisy. Could see ocean from the deck and bedroom and was close to town.
