Eric kept in touch and greeted us at check-in and was very helpful.
We used the pull-out sofa which needed repairing and attended to promptly. Moving the sofa around and vacuuming hadn't been done in a while.
Unfortunately lots of construction work going on, but that's the Gold Coast!

Great location
One of the main reasons for booking the property was the roof top spa bath but we were given a room that no longer had it … very disappointed that no one informed us until arrival at the property, manager tried to give us an extra night but we were unable to take it
