À propos de cette location de vacances
Penthouse property with vaulted ceilings at the famous 1800 Atlantic. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to your private balcony with great views of the property and Atlantic Ocean. The Owners are fishing enthusiasts as you will see when you relax in the comforts of home away from home. Totally renovated in the Summer of 2024. No attention to detail has been spared.
King in master, 2 twins in guest and a sleeper in the living room. Ideal family unit that will comfortably accommodate a family of 6.
Olympic size heated pool, with a popular bubbling Jacuzzi for one of those rare cold winter nights. Did you know we are the only frost free city in the continental US.
Tennis lovers will appreciate the only clay court on the island of Key West as well as recently renovated hard courts with the help of ATA.
Where do you start in Key West from Fishing to Diving, to theater and the arts. So much to do and so little time will leave you with no choice other than to visit again.
No where is more than 10 minutes away and there is really no need for a car, however you do get a rare free parking space with your property at 1800 Atlantic.
Our Property Manager lives on site and is a wealth of information should you happen to encounter him, ask him to tell you one of his Island Stories, and listen carefully. There is so much to learn. Many come and never leave, will you be one of those?
Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

We loved this condo! Plenty of room for my husband and I and 2 adults sons. Updated and huge master shower. All amenities in the kitchen, everything I needed. They also had plenty of towels and beach towels which we took on a sand bar cruise. Didn't have to buy any. Also, noted was a cooler and beach chairs. This place has everything! Ice in the Icemaker! Comfortable seating in living room with a nice size tv. This place was clean. The porch was massive and a beautiful view of the ocean. We had our own parking space. Rented a golf cart and Moped on day one which was fun to explore the island. Returned golf cart and used Ubers from the condo and never waited longer than 2 minutes! Check out part was easy. I hate a strict list of instructions and this place said that if we had time, to start dishwasher and throw a load of towels in the washer. This was not mandatory which was nice, I did 2 loads of laundry of towels and sheets b/c I like to leave my rentals looking nice. Thank-you to this company for accurate description of the condo, clean condo and easy check-in and check out.

Beautiful views from the deck! Kitchen and Master bathroom were very nicely renovated. The condo was very clean, and when we entered it on day 1 , all 3 TV s were playing soft, inviting music! The instructions for arrival were very clear and easy to follow! It has secured, garage parking and easy accessibility to the secured elevator. Loved our relaxing time in Key West!
