Great location quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to Pensacola Beach shops and restaurants. Convenient access to ocean and bay beaches. Private outdoor shower is great. Host was prompt and responsive. House felt more like home than a rental.

Richard was a great host and his house was fantastic. The house was very clean and perfect for the six of us. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Pensacola Beach. Thanks, Richard!

This was a great last minute trip! Richard was so friendly and welcoming! House was clean and a convenient short walk to the beach! We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels as well! Would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area!
