The property was clean and new. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. All the bedrooms had comfy beds and pillows. The rooftop deck was nice, you can see the city horizon and the top of the Washington monument. There had just been a storm and we could see a full rainbow from the rooftop!! A little out of the city but plenty of public transportation and easy to get anywhere by walking. Would highly recommend staying here. Is a bit noisy, but it’s the city so exactly what you would expect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Washington, DC. The property was very clean, well‑kept, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was easy to settle in and feel at home. The neighborhood was definitely busy, but that’s expected when staying in the city, and it didn’t interfere with our stay. One of the biggest advantages was how close the property was to public transportation; it made getting around DC simple and convenient. Overall, this was a great home base for our trip, and we appreciated how smooth and stress‑free the experience was.

The washer dryer combo was a nightmare and needed instructions first use. After many attempts with the host we got it to work but did not dry the clothes at all and we had to take home wet clothes. The street noise was unbearable with sirens never ending seriously! The apart and rooftop were as stated and all very nice and clean. I would not stay again due to the heavy crime area and feeling unsafe. But the apartment itself was very nice
