No pets allowed for renters
Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am
Parties or events of any kind — including bachelor/bachelorette celebrations — aren’t permitted
Fireworks, strobe lights and drones are not allowed
Two designated parking spots, unfortunately there is not enough space to allow trailers or boats.
Exterior security camera monitoring front entrance
Pool Regulations
No lifeguard, children under 12 must be supervised
Pool is open until 10 pm, no glass in the pool area
Pool access is restricted to guests of the rental unit only. No outside guests are permitted.
Docks are not accessible by renters
Any violation will result in fines and/or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

Our family of four loved this place! It’s centrally located so it’s minutes to anywhere in Saugutuck or Douglas. The bathrooms were generously equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was also well equipped with extra like Tupperware and storage bags. We made use of the pool 2 days and it was also great for the kids. Highly recommend and will stay here again when we return to the area.

My friends and I spend a week at this lake house and it was wonderful! The property was beautiful and very well located, and the owners were very nice and responsive. We all agreed that this was a wonderful rental find!

Our Fall trip with old friends couldn’t have been better. Condo was immaculate, grounds were lovely. We enjoyed watching the sunset from pool area. And downtown Saugatuck is an easy walk. Jill and Sam were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.
