The bright and functional apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a spacious living area with a sofa bed and a single bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette; 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a tub—and a small private balcony.

Both the shower and the bathtub feature a whirlpool system. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. In the complex, we have other apartments (5 two-room apartments, 8 three-room apartments, and 1 four-room apartment) for a total of 90 beds, ideal for hosting families or large groups of young people. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up)
For groups of young people of 4 or more, a security deposit of 200 is required, to be paid in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the properties have been inspected and provided the house rules have been followed.
