Welcome! This inviting one-level home boasts 3 bedrooms, featuring a king bed in the primary, queen in the 2nd, and a versatile twin over full with twin trundle in the 3rd—perfect for accommodating 8 guests.



Enjoy comfort with 2 full bathrooms, including an en-suite in the primary bedroom with a full-size shower and shower seat, and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The ensuite bathroom has a roll in shower with no step so perfect for those with limited mobility.



The separate dining room beckons gatherings around a table for 6-8, complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen featuring new appliances, Keurig, drip coffee pot, air fryer, and toaster oven. Kitchen island has an addition 3 seats.



This home is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, an in-ground heated saltwater pool with a paver patio, safety cover, and a deck off the dining area. The fully fenced backyard ensures privacy, and a propane BBQ grill awaits your culinary adventures.

-Up to 2 furry friends allowed at $50 per pet, must be at least 1 year old, sorry no puppies!



Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Guest Access:

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!

Other Things to Note:

All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



In respect to our neighbors: No parties, partying, or general rowdiness. Music played outside cannot be above conversation level and must be turned off by 8PM. No large speakers or DJs of any kind allowed. Pool/hot tub closes at dark or 9PM whichever is sooner. Quiet hours begin at 9PM and nobody should be on exterior spaces including the outdoor dining area past 9PM.



POOL: You must sign the pool waiver form in order for us to provide keys to the pool area. If your reservation is not in the peak summer we make no assumptions that the pool will be open during your stay. Please ask us before reserving to clarify this.



Part of the agreement:

In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:

-No additional guests without host approval

-No parties. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside, within 50ft of the outside or near window.

-No sublet and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval.

-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages



No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
