The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
One dog allowed paying a 150€ fee per stay.
A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Well equipped, spacious and clean villa at the top of the resort. We have stayed in other villas on the same resort before but this is our favourite. Lovely touch of fresh daily bread. The hotel, spa and most of the restaurants were shut as May is considered off season, which suited us as we were looking for a relaxed quiet time but if you are looking for more on site options then avoid May. Excellent location for exploring the wonderful local area with Maspalomas, Puerto Rico and puerto De Morgan all close by so you do need a car. The mountains with their pine forests, caves and amazing hikes are also easily accessible by car. We were aware that there is some construction work going on but didn’t find it that intrusive.

Nice villa with pool and modern furnished. Good to relax and with view over the golf course. Car needed to get around. Pool can be heated to warm temperature (optional with fee). The heating is right next to pool and a bit noisy (can be turned off).

We lived our stay in this beautiful villa, everything was spotless and the concierge service was really fantastic. They helped us find a pharmacy open in Easter Sunday, really went above and beyond. The place is spotless and looks exactly like the photos, the resort is very peaceful (some building work going on) but it didn’t detract from a great stay. We will be back for sure. Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this villa in Salobre Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, modern, and exactly as described. The outdoor area was the highlight—so peaceful and private, with gorgeous views and plenty of space to relax. We spent most evenings on the terrace just enjoying the sunset.The villa itself was bright, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great pressure, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The air conditioning was excellent too, which made a huge difference in the heat.The location within Salobre Resort was perfect—secure, and beautifully maintained. It was only a short drive to Meloneras and Maspalomas, so we were close to restaurants, beaches, and shops while still having a relaxing, retreat-like base to come back to.Communication with the host was fantastic from start to f
