The Space:
This apartment is located on the top floor of a traditional Chamonix building, meaning it benefits from spectacular Mont Blanc views as well as a lovely airy feeling thanks to the large and newly fitted triple glazed windows.
With three bedrooms and a sofabed, as well as 2 bathrooms, La Belle Epoque can accommodate 6-8 people, with many facilities to make your stay more enjoyable. The living area at La Belle Epoque apartment has comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove, a Smart TV with French channels and Blueray DVD player while there is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. There is wifi internet throughout and La Belle Epoque apartment also benefits from private underground parking, washing machine and dishwasher.
La Belle Epoque apartment has one master bedroom which can be made up as double or twin beds. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with WC, bath and handheld shower too. The Neighborhood:
La Belle Epoque apartment is situated right in the centre of Chamonix, opposite the main SNCF train station. As well as being convenient for access throughout the valley, this Chamonix holiday rental is also close to everything that the town centre has to offer. The closest bus stop for easy access to the ski lifts is at Place du Mont Blanc, only 400m away, while your closest convenience store is less than 100m away and there are many bars and restaurants in the immediate area around the apartment, including two on the ground floor of your building for the easiest of access!
Getting Around:
The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.

Bikes can be stored in the underground parking area on the private parking space allocated to the apartment.
Pets
Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is 45euros.
Parking
Bear in mind that the underground parking has restricted height, so we don't recommend coming with a large 4x4 or roof box. If your car is too tall for the car park, our Resort Team can advise on the closest free and payable parking options.
Lift access
The lift goes from the ground floor up to the apartment; the basement for ski locker and parking is accessed via the staircase.
Firewood
This is not provided at Belle Epoque appartment but can be bought from the nearest supermarket.

The location is excellent, the cleanliness of the apartment is fine
A really nice apartment and a spoon for children
The service is excellent, there was a problem with the Kesher kettle, they came and replaced it, there was always a happy response

4th floor apt in the heart of Chamonix Center across from the main train station. Across the street from the only live music/dance club so it's loud but they don't play late so it's not that big of an issue. Elevator access to unit so that was very welcome. Grocery store and great pastry shop very close as well as all other shopping. The apartment itself had it's pluses and minuses. The bathroom situation is a bit odd whereas the master has an en suite however, they don't have a shower in that bathroom but rather a tub with a handheld spray. Kind of useless. The bunk room has the only shower but also has the laundry so having others use it where it's someone else's room is inconvenient. Thankfully we had spring like temps otherwise the place would be really cold. They used a small standalone electric space heater in the main room which even with our mild temps had issues keeping up with heating. Next to no supplies provided (sugar, oil, coffee, filters, wood for fireplace, etc.).
It's all about location as it's located central to most everything.
Easy walk to buses and not that far of a walk to Brevent/Flagere gondola. Very close walk to the Mer Du Glace train to glacier.

Very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and large & cosy livingroom/combined kitchen. Some noice from restaurant/bar below - but managable
