À propos de cette location de vacances
This modern apartment presents you with both, very relaxing surroundings and breath-taking panoramic views of the Malagueta area of the city. Its terrace enjoys one of the most unique sceneries, yet is only 10 minutes away from the centre of Malaga.
Additionally, this property provides easy access to the incredible botanic gardens in Paseo del Parque as well as to all the main attractions that Malaga offers.
The apartment boasts a bright and spacious living room, a stunning terrace with outdoor furniture, a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Many restaurants, beach “chiringuitos”, coffee shops, and bars add the cosmopolitan touch that is characteristic of Malaga, without losing its “tradición Andaluza”.

Small, clean apt with the best view from the balcony made our month-long stay quite enjoyable. We enjoyed the complimentary weekly cleaning. The shower is good and the furniture confortable. The balcony table & chairs are perfect for comfortably enjoying meals/wine.
The apt is close to everything groceries, beach and city center.
Definitely a redi

The host sent welcoming and informative text messages, and was very hospitable upon our arrival. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The view from the balcony was stellar at all hours. We will never forget our stay!

A very nice well furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony and great view of Malagueta beach. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful. I only wish someone had met us at the apartment rather than having to go to an off site office to check in. Also, being on the beachfront, beach towels should be provided.
